Construction on Étage, a ten-story residential project at 176 East 82nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, is completed. The 25,300 square foot building, alternately referred to as 1444 Third Avenue, was designed by ODA and developed by Nexus Development and will offer 1,822 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and nine units of 22,219 square feet of living space. Each will have four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The property is on the corner of Third Avenue and East 82nd Street.

Photos show the finished look of the building and how true the finished product stayed to the renderings.

It looks like only the sidewalks and the first floor of 176 East 82nd Street are waiting for completion. The exterior is made up of a series of horizontal stone slabs and glass over the slender eastern and wider northern elevations. A flat roof parapet crowns the residential project. Sidewalk barriers and fences still surround the relatively low design and should be removed soon.

The main rendering by MOSO Studio looks diagonally across the intersection and shows the dramatic architectural contrast 176 East 82nd Street creates compared to the surrounding neighborhood. Housing offers include a 2,465-square-foot penthouse, initially priced at $ 5.995 million. Photos from Compass below show the interiors. Each home will have a key-locked elevator, 2.50m high ceilings, bespoke kitchens with white lacquer and dark oak, marble countertops, rear walls and islands, Miele appliances, and washers and dryers in the unit.
